  This R/C model assembly kit recreates the classic Ford Escort Mk.II in rally racing form. It was a RAC Rally Champion from 1975-1979. The pre-painted body sits on top the Tamiya MF-01X chassis that is capable both on asphalt and flat dirt surfaces. MF-01X - Compact 4WD At Home on a Range of Surfaces Based around a tough monocoque frame with integrated gearboxes, this compact 4WD chassis gives a thrilling drive whether you take it on road or flat dirt surfaces. It features a rear-mounted motor, with gear-driven rear wheels and a propeller shaft taking power to the front. Both front and rear gearboxes have differential gears. The battery pack location in the chassis center secures excellent balance, while 4-wheel independent double wishbone suspension employs friction dampers. The MK II was built to celebrate Fords race winning heritage at Le Mans which was accomplished with the legendary GT40 MKII back in 1966. This version of the Ford GT will be limited to 45 hand-built machines, but the Tamiya R/C version is available for all fans! The accurately depicted Ford GT MK II body is made of polycarbonate and ABS plastic wing and mirror pieces, which sits on top of our most builder user friendly TT-02 entry-level on-road chassis. TT-02: Adaptable, balanced shaft driven 4WD The shaft-driven 4WD TT-02 chassis employs a longitudinal layout with the battery on the left and the motor on the right, to give excellent stability. On the Right Track This assembly kit creates an R/C model off-road truck which shows high performance on poor surfaces. Its chassis is based upon the TT-02 shaft-driven 4WD unit, with superlative traction from its four individual tracks that helps it plow through snow, sand, mud and other testing conditions. Its 1980s pick-up truck style body is molded in polycarbonate, with fog lamps, grille guard and roll bar recreated using separate metal-plated parts. A polycarbonate chassis cover and wheel well liners help prevent dirt and the like from getting into the chassis and potentially causing damage.   Tracked 4WD Fun: the TT-02FT Chassis The TT-02FT chassis uses the shaft-driven TT-02 as a base, with track units in place of the four wheels. Each of the track units is attached to upper and lower suspension arms, and is powered via a drive sprocket that attached to the chassis drive shaft; they swing to allow superior contact with the running surface, and feature a sprung roller to allow easier negotiation of smaller obstacles. Plenty of ground clearance is on offer, too. Tracks are a plastic assembly type design with metal link pins, and give minimal power loss from friction for a smooth drive, even at lower speeds. Two types of link are included in the kit – standard, and jutting grouser designs – and can be used in tandem to customize your model’s grip. The chassis features a CR-Tuned motor as standard.

This iteration, the TA08 PRO, further evolves on-road touring car driving with this hopped-up chassis. The Lotus Europa debuted in 1966, showcasing what was then a revolutionary midship engine layout, with a lightweight FRP body. Tamiya’s design team have chosen to give R/C enthusiasts a replica of the best Bronco variant of this new generation. The R/C model assembly kit depicts the 2-door top grade First Edition model. The First Edition Bronco SUV is built for those who have waited patiently for the legend’s return. The First Edition is a loaded Bronco combining the best parts of all Bronco series. First Edition Broncos use the mechanicals of a Badlands, the interior of an Outer Banks and the exterior of a Wildtrak to create the ultimate Bronco! Tamiya 1/10 RC Alpine A110 Jaegermeister 1973 (M-06 chassis) This R/C kit recreates the Alpine A110 with an orange Jägermeister livery on top of the proven and fun-to-drive M-06 chassis. The Alpine A110 was a French compact coupe featuring a lightweight FRP body based upon a steel backbone, rear-wheel drive chassis with the rear-mounted inline-4 engine positioned longitudinally. Production continued from its debut year 1963 until 1977, and the A110 attained fame after victory in the 1971 rally in Monte Carlo. In 1973, this car became the first World Rally champion and its Jägermeister orange livery version achieved a class victory in German circuit races. Great RR Performance from the M-06 The M-06 chassis features a rear-mounted motor, rear-drive setup and has a longitudinally-mounted battery pack, with R/C equipment positioned on either side for optimum balance and a low center of gravity. 4-wheel double wishbone suspension uses dish design wheels, equipped with 60D radial tires at the front and 60D super radial (hard) tires at the rear. This R/C model assembly kit depicts the 5th generation model sold from 1998 which featured a 1,770mm-width body, and achieved both Maker and Driver Championships. The powerful form of the car is captured in style by a polycarbonate body, with stickers included to decorate it.
