Ett typisk Tamiya RC byggesett  Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution V. Fantastisk kvalitet og en passform ingen andre har.
Tamiya har gjenskapt denne modellen til det ytterste, på TT-02 chassiset, som passer godt for nye og erfarne RC-byggere.
TT-02 chassiset gjør det enkelt for nye RC-byggere å montere og lære seg alt fra bygging, mekanikk, lakering osv. I tillegg til at TT-02 er en ideell plattform å starte på, kan RC-byggere utvide sitt potensial ved å legge til mange oppgraderingsdeler som er tilgjengelige for å øke bilens hastighet og ytelse. Modellen leveres med en kraftig børstemotor.

A Masterful Evolution
The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution was developed as a base for rally cars, with continuous development since its debut in 1992. This R/C model assembly kit depicts the 5th generation model sold from 1998 which featured a 1,770mm-width body, and achieved both Maker and Driver Championships. The powerful form of the car is captured in style by a polycarbonate body, with stickers included to decorate it. The model is based upon the TT-02 chassis.

 


★With front blister fenders and rear overfenders, the Lancer Evolution V body is a classic, and recreated here in polycarbonate.		  


★The front of the car has plenty to catch the eye, with depictions of the oversized bumper with air intakes, and bonnet with outlets.		  


★Separately molded parts recreate side mirrors, and window masking stickers are included to help when painting.

 


★Stickers are used to recreate the rear emblems and license plate decoration.		  


★Wing and wicker bill are recreated using a separately molded component.		  


★Gun metal color 12-spoke wheels are paired with semi-pneumatic tires.

 

TT-02: Adaptable, balanced shaft driven 4WD
The shaft-driven 4WD TT-02 chassis employs a longitudinal layout with the battery on the left and the motor on the right, to give excellent stability. In addition, it features identical left and right suspension arms and uprights for ease of assembly, plus easy-to-maintain gearboxes. It is a highly adaptable chassis, as it offers 2 different wheelbases, 2 ground clearance settings and 2 tread set-ups in addition to a range of 10 possible gear ratios. It is not short on looks either, with brake disc-shaped wheel hubs and stylish front bumper supports. Gun metal color 12-spoke wheels use treaded semi-pneumatic tires.

Apply light oil on the bearings, give it about 20 minutes to penetrate the seals and then clean the outsides up. Finish: Bearing Testing Tool: This tool can test the smoothness of the bearing. Put the bearing on the tool and turn the bearing to check its smoothness. If the bearing does not turn smoothly, then it¡¦s time to get a new one. A Fine Vintage The cars in the 1995 German DTM touring car series were finely honed beasts, battling it out over twenty-four races in six countries. Opel, Mercedes-Benz and Audi cars took part; six Opels from two teams took to the track, including this Calibra V6 clad in a striking black livery bearing the name of title sponsor Cliff, and piloted by JJ Lehto. Stickers recreate the Opel logo and more.   Evolved Chassis The bathtub frame of the evolved shaft-driven 4WD TT-01 Type-E has its motor and battery close to the ground for lower center of gravity and optimum balance. Mounted on the bathtub frame is a fiberglass reinforced nylon upper deck and gear covers improving rigidity, as well as a three-piece tie rod providing smooth steering action. The low center of gravity, highly balanced design, 4-wheel double wishbone suspension system, and front and rear differential gears all come together to produce an excellent drive.
