Hobbywing EzRun Max5 er vannbestandig og leveres med ferdig påloddet motorkontakter (6,5mm female gullkontakt) og uten batterikontakt. Regulatoren er kompatibel med 3-8s LiPo beregnet for bruk på 1/5 biler som Traxxas X-Maxx, HPI Baja, Desert Buggy XL og Losi 5IVE. På 8S er det anbefalt med motorer under 1000KV.

Elektronisk bryter

Med regulatoren følger det med en elektronisk bryter som skal holde til å kunne slå av og på bilen over 50.000 ganger! Bryteren er plassert i et vann og støvtett cover.
 

Oppdateringer

Alle oppdateringene som gjøres på MAX5 kan gjøres via USB-Link, LCD Program Boxen og en PC. Alle oppdateringene er gratis.
 

Vedlikehold

Med unntak av kjøleviften så er ESCen så og si vedlikeholdsfri, vi anbefaler uansett å fjerne støv, steiner og vann fra bil for å unngå slitasje på drivverk.
 

Anti-Spark

MAX5 har innebygget anti-spark koblinger som hindrer gnist ved tilkobling av batterier med høy spenning.

High Voltage Built-in BEC

The MAX5 has adopted the world’s first HV built-in BEC with an output current of up to 25Amp and a switchable output voltage of 6V-7.4V. The high voltage BEC is designed to handle today’s high voltage servos on demand used by large scale vehicles.

 

Advanced and Secure Electronic Switch

The MAX5 features an electronic switch with a lifespan of over 50000 on/off cycles, housed in a completely waterproof, dust-proof and shock-resistant design.

 

Regular Firmware Updates Free of Charge

You can upgrade the MAX5 with the Hobbywing USB LINK software, a multifunction LCD program box and a laptop. Hobbywing updates its ESC firmware regularly giving you upgraded features more often when available.

 

Maintenance Free

The ESC minus the cooling fan is basically maintenance free. The cooling fan is designed to be shockproof, which in turn will reduce damage brought on by frequent vehicle high jumps and landings on hard surfaces.

 

Built-in Anti-Spark System

The MAX5 is built with internal anti-spark circuitry that protects not only battery connectors from damage but helps to prevent physical injury due to burnt fingers from the inevitable issue of sparking when hooking up the ESC to higher voltage battery packs (5S/6S/7S/8S).
