This versatile ball differential is compatible with a number of our Tamiya buggy re-issues, and gives efficient and controllable power compared to the standard bevel-gear differential.

• Compatible with Item 58441 Buggy Champ (2009), Item 58452 Sand Scorcher (2010) and Item 47304 Fighting Buggy (2014).
• Includes a 1150 ball bearing, 3mm differential balls (x8), plus 4mm and 5mm screws.
• Differential adjustment can be performed with the differential installed in the gearbox.

The prominent figure of the R/C car boom was the Buggy Champ which was first released in 1979. Tamiya is now proud to re-release the Buggy Champ to celebrate the car's 30thyear anniversary. The chassis has been finely tuned while maintaining the original features of the chassis such as the unique front double trailing arms and rear torsion suspension.R/C fans' hearts will definitely race when they see the nostalgic form and relive the dynamic performance of this machine. Description The Buggy Champ, which started the "Buggy Boom" when it was released in 1979, now comes back as a new and improved version. It keeps true to the basic layout of the original while incorporating modern improvements and features many refined parts that are reproduced with newly built metal moldings. The Buggy Champ also features a transparent mechanism box which protects the mechanics and battery and comes with grooved front and rear tires with block tread pattern. A realistic body is molded in white polystyrene and can be painted with plastic model paints. The Buggy Champ surely brings back the memories of the good old days when everyone was excited with its aggressive driving performance. About the Chassis: The chassis features a 2mm thick FRP plate with an aluminum reinforcing plate for strength and flexibility to ensure stability. 4-wheel independent suspension features front double trailing arm and rear swing axle setups, die-cast suspension arms, and oil dampers. Electronics and main battery are protected by a durable clear plastic mechanism box. Tamiya 87207 masking tape 2mm Paper tape that can be conveniently used for different paintings A thin, highly adhesive masking tape developed exclusively for models. It fits well on the uneven surface and does not soak in the paint, and the thinness of 0.08 mm makes the step difference between different coatings inconspicuous. As the width is as thin as 2 mm, it is ideal for curved parts and fine painting, such as window moldings for car models and canopies for airplane models.
