This is a 1/35 Plastic German Flakpanzer IV Wirbelwind from Tamiya.
It's recommended for ages 10 and up.

Germany's need for air defense during the second half of WWII, to
counter their loss of air supremacy, was constantly inflating. The Flakpanzer
IV was the follow up to the Mobelwagen anti-aircraft vehicle. Built on a
Panzer IV frame, and touting four 20mm Flak guns, the Flakpanzer IV could put
800 shots per minute into the air as well as fear into allied pilots.
